Keaton's First Snow

Tuesday we had a trace of snow for a few minutes.  It happened to be right as Joey was loading Keaton in the car, so he got a few pictures.  If the meteorologist is correct, there is a chance that we will have some real snow this week.

These are a few of Keaton's favorite things to do lately and a few of Mommy's favorite pictures!

Keaton loves to lay on his changing pad and talk.

He also loves to eat the elephant's trunk.

A new found love is sitting in his Bumbo.  He enjoys playing with his toys and watching TV while in his Bumbo.

Notice all the drool on his chin!  Another one of his favorite things to do!

And these are just some of my favorite pictures.  Joey and I bought this outfit for him while I was still pregnant.  One of our favorites!

He loves to have his fingers or fist in his mouth, sometime at the same time as the paci.

He has also tried out the activity center a few times.  He needs a little help from the pillow and can't quite reach the bottom yet, but it won't be long!

Playtime

Keaton loves to play!  He loves his ocean activity mat and his chicco duo gym that he got from Santa.  He likes to talk, but it seems everytime we get the video camera out, he becomes camera shy.  Here is a little video of him playing.

Gran Comes to Visit

On Tuesday, we met Mom, Dad, and Gran in Eastland to celebrate my birthday and to pick up Gran.  She came to stay for the week while Joey was on the Tarleton's Tour of Oklahoma for Basketball.  He left Wednesday morning and after many hours on a bus and in the hotel and basketball games at two different Oklahoma schools, he will return home late Saturday night or early Sunday morning.  Keaton and I have enjoyed our time with Gran.  She has gotten up to fed Keaton his morning bottle while I finished getting ready so that Keaton and I could go to the babysitter and to work.  Here are a few pics of Gran and Keaton:

First Day at JanaMaw's

Monday was Keaton's first day at JanaMaw's house.  He is the only little baby and the only boy.  He has done great!  He takes a good nap at her house in the afternoon which I love because then he stays awake in the evenings to play with Mom and Dad.  Jana says that he really enjoys watching the girls play.  One of the girls who is about 2 years old has already given Keaton the nickname of "Kek" (long "e" sound).   We are so blessed to have found a babysitter who will love Keaton!

3 months

 Can you believe that this happy baby is 3 months old?

Today is fun in that it is my birthday and Keaton's 3 month mark! 

He is growing so fast!  I have had to pack up several of his 0 to 3 month clothes because they are too short.  As you can tell from these pictures it is about time for these cute overalls to be packed away!
