We've been back in Texas for almost a week, so I decided I should post the last few days of our San Francisco trip.
We rode the trolley cars (cable cars) down to the waterfront. It was much more enjoyable than the walk we took down there on the 4th!
I sat on the bench and Joey hung onto the side.
We rode down Hyde Street. The steepest street in San Francisco. I told Joey it was the closest he was getting to a roller coaster this year! It really wasn't that fast or as bad as I thought it might have been.
When we got down to the waterfront we first went to Ghirardalli Square. It was the first Ghirardalli Factory, but is not in operation anymore.
We enjoyed the evening on the waterfront walking around and seeing it all without all the people that were there on the 4th of July. We also went and had some more mini donuts for dessert! They were so good!
Our ride back! It was neat to see everything at night.
On Wednesday evening, we rode the BART (train) to Oakland to the A's game. Check another ballpark off the list! We were not very impressed with the Coliseum. It was old and not well taken care of.
Not to mention it was very cool! I have never been so cold at a baseball game before!
We had a great trip, but we're glad to be home!
