This year, I have been very blessed with a wonderful group of kids and parents in my class! On the day of our Valentine's Party, I was surprised by the morning class with my "Jar of Joy". They all worked together to put this very special and thoughtful gift together. Each student was given cut out hearts to write a message for me. Some of them dictated and the parent wrote it, some of them drew a picture, and some wrote with parents spelling the words and helping in the writing. The hearts were then all collected and put in a cute jar. The directions say to take one heart out each day for joy and happiness! I have really enjoyed reading a heart each day! It is definitely a gift that I will always keep! 
The "Jar of Joy" will help me get through the next two weeks before Spring Break!
