Feet Anyone?

Keaton discovered his feet a few weeks ago and has been working hard on getting them in his mouth.  Last night while I was changing his diaper he was successful!  Then tonight he decided to show his new trick to Daddy. (and the FlipCam).

Playing and Talking

Keaton has been busy playing and talking and growing!

Photo Shoot with Mommy

On Friday, Joey went to the office to do a little work and Keaton and I had a photo shoot.  He was in a great mood and I got some great pictures!  Just to share a few:

Yes, that is just a few of the 50 or so pictures that I took!  We even had a wardrobe change! :)  Isn't he a such a precious, cute, and handsome baby boy!  This Mommy thinks so! 

4 Months

Four months ago, we were blessed with a precious baby boy.

 It is amazing to see how much he has grown and developed in four months.

At four months Keaton...

• rolls from his tummy to his back (only when he really wants to or tries really hard)
• sits in his Bumbo
• eats 7 to 8 oz four times a day
• sleeps from in between 9 and 10 until around 7:00 with a few wake ups for pacifier replacement in between
• blows lots of bubbles
• love to chew on his hands
• puts everything in his mouth
• has figured out how to pull Mommy's hair
• loves to talk and coo
• likes to play peek-a-boo
• has starting sitting in his highchair and watches Mommy cook or sits at the table with Mommy and Daddy
• laughs out loud 
• always sneezes two times
• likes to stare at the tv
• is very social!  Likes to be where everyone is at.

Snow Day Four

Thursday night (snow day three) we got about 2 more inches of snow, which meant snow day four on Friday.  Friday afternoon the sun did come out, so we decided to bundle Keaton up for a few pictures of his first "real" snow, not just a few flurries like on this day.

Daddy made Keaton a snowball.  It is sitting on Keaton's mitten.

Snow Day Two

 We had snow day two today!  Should probably be ice day two because we really do not have that much snow.  It is the ice that is keeping us all inside!  We will have day three tomorrow (Thursday) as both Santo and Tarleton have both already announced they will be closed.  So what to do on snow day?

Get out the blankets, quilts, and all the toys and play and play and play! (And do a little laundry if you noticed it on the couch.)  I usually refer to our living room as Babies-R-Us, but the last two days it has been Camp Snow Day!

Snow Day

Tuesday, February 1st was our first snow day as a family! I got the call at 5:30 that I didn't have to go to school, and Joey got the message at 6:30 that he didn't have to go to work!  We had a lot of sleet and then a layer of snow and extremely cold temperatures.  We didn't get any pictures of Keaton with this snow; it was way too cold!  We did have lots of fun playing!  The living room was Camp Snow Day.  A big blanket spread out on the floor, lots of toys, and quilts to keep us warm.  Part of the snow day fun included Daddy and Keaton having a lot of fun!
